If your candle arrives damaged:

  • Provide your order number.
  • Send clear photos of the damaged candle and packaging.


Once the damage is verified, you may choose:


  • A full refund for the damaged item.
  • A free replacement candle, including shipping at no additional cost.


Requests made after 48 hours may not qualify.
